The setting is great and stunning, it's close to a very nice restaurant The George as well as Arundel and local pub. Furthermore, it is 5 km from the touristic places like a restored and remodelled medieval castle. Wonderful stay, no complains at all, we couldn't recommend more.
Nothing could have been better.

The rooms at Lavender Lodge are absolutely cozy and comfortable. They have a homely feel with a lovely seating area where you can relax and unwind. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels is a bonus for some entertainment. The private bathroom with free toiletries is convenient as well. it made me feel right at home.
Personally, I found the absence of air conditioning in the rooms a bit of a downside. But hey, I understand that some people might enjoy the natural breeze.

We absolutely loved our stay at Lavender Lodge! The lodge itself was immaculate, with every detail carefully thought out. It felt like a 5-star luxury experience, with all the extra provisions provided. The hosts, Sandra and Glen, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing us with a full rundown of the lodge and great recommendations for things to see in the area. The self-contained unit with a kitchenette was perfect for us, and having access to laundry facilities on site was a great convenience. The peaceful and serene setting of the lodge was just what we were looking for, and the bathroom and kitchenette were both perfect. We also enjoyed the skylight and the books about the area provided. we felt very spoilt during our stay and can't wait to come back and stay a little longer.
Nothing at all - everything was excellent! 😊

The lodge itself was beautifully decorated and well-appointed. The bed was very comfortable and the cleanliness was impeccable. The hosts were friendly and helpful, ensuring that all our needs were met. We also appreciated the generous provision of breakfast items and the bowl of fruit that was provided. The location was ideal, giving us a peaceful and picturesque countryside setting while still being within a short drive to nearby attractions.
Our stay was marred by some issues. the lodge lacked proper soundproofing, as we could hear noises from the neighboring rooms and outside.

A traditional exterior blending perfectly with beautiful surroundings. Modern and high quality interior with some traditional elements. Very clean and well-presented. Peaceful location with a beautiful garden. Owners are lovely and available if needed. Basic food welcome touch. Perfect base for exploring historic sites in West Sussex.
Not obvious to find.
